Today the Weasels traveled with the Wolverines into Yellowstone National Park to learn about geothermal events at the park center. Our schedule rotated around the timely eruption of 'Old Faithful' which blew faithfully at 10:50am to a height of about 120 ft. Following this event our team leader Ana toured us around the park to investigate the four different types of geothermal formations; hot springs, mud pots, fumaroles,
and geysers. It was an exciting day for our team, with a "Bear Jam" on the way back. (Traffic jammed to watch three grizzly bears near the road). Enjoy our pics.
